Dice Activities for Mathematical Thinking
Dice activities for mathematical thinking (Ages 10–13) was created by teachers to engage students in developing fluency with the mathematical concepts of square numbers, square roots, prime numbers, factorials, summation and integers.
Ten sections provide practice in activities such as square number and prime number charts; dice graphs; table completion; four in a row, square off, cross over, tic-tac-toe and four-grid tic-tac-toe games; and independent explorations using a random and specific set of numbers.
